Since **1979**, we have been “making matter talk” for manufacturers. Independent and multi-specialist, **Filab** supports more than **2,200 clients** in France and internationally with chemical analysis, materials characterization, and applied research.

Our continued growth is reflected in a team of more than **140 employees**, the opening of a**5,200 m² laboratory** **within the Dijon Ecoparc**, and the fact that **98% of our services are performed in-house**.

 Our CSR policy is structured around four key pillars: Sustainable development
Improved waste management through a specialized partner, reduced sample processing by optimizing quantities, and employee awareness programs such as *The Climate Fresco*.

Systematic incident reporting and regular training in laboratory safety, quality, fire prevention, and first aid.

Continuous improvements in working conditions (ergonomics, career development) and monitoring of equal pay through the Gender Equality Index.

 Communication
Monthly meetings to ensure transparency, a Code of Conduct shared with partners, and the publication of our**Ecovadis assessment**, which earned us the **Gold Medal**.

To achieve our sustainable vision, we invest **€1.5 million** **each year** in advanced analysis and characterization technologies. Recent acquisitions include:
