## You need to solve process problems

First of all, when you encounter a problem in a **production process**, it may be associated with a broken part or a non-conformity of the product.

In this case, there are two possible ways of explaining and solving the problem: **either the problem comes from the material, or it comes from the production process**.

Indeed, the production problem may be linked, for example, to a poor chemical composition of the product which may cause a defect in appearance or odour problems. The product may then be defective because of the material it is made of. Similarly, a part may break because of its composition.

However, when no anomaly is found in the material, the problem must be sought in the production process itself, i.e. the **process**.

To do this, the skills of a laboratory with an R&D department capable of dealing with process problems are needed.
