## Your needs: to design reliable and efficient aeronautical equipment

As major players or subcontractors in the aeronautics or space industries, the quality and reliability of your materials and equipment are paramount to ensure the security of the goods or the comfort the people being transported. **FILAB supports you in your aeronautical analysis**.

## Our solution : to assist our clients in the aeronautics industry with analysis and with the development of new materials

FILAB is an independent laboratory situated in the French city of Dijon and is made up of a team of 63 people, including doctors and engineers.

**FILAB has been approved by SAFRAN for chemical analysis of metal alloys or of mineral products relating to aeronautics.**

## Approvals

- FILAB obtained Laboratory [Qualification from the SAFRAN Group](https://filab.fr/en/about-us/accreditations-en/laboratory-safran-approved.md) several years ago under procedures GRP-0087, GRM-0123, and TTS-MOP-004. This qualification is regularly renewed following audits conducted by Safran at our facilities.
- In March 2025, the FILAB laboratory received [DASSAULT AVIATION accreditation](https://filab.fr/en/about-us/accreditations-en/laboratory-approved-dassault-aviation.md). This accreditation makes FILAB a reliable partner for aerospace manufacturers.
