Search for new solutions for materials and processes

First of all, when you encounter a problem in a production process, it can be related to a bad chemical composition of the product which can cause an aspect defect or odor problems. The product can then be defective because of the material of which it is made. Similarly, a part can break because of its composition. However, when no anomaly is found at the level of the material, it is necessary to seek the problem at the level of the production process in itself.

There are two possible ways to find new solutions to this problem: either the problem comes from the material, or it comes from the production process.

It is then necessary to implement R&D capacities to search and find new solutions for the material and the processes.

To do this, the skills of a laboratory with an R&D department able to find new solutions to production problems are necessary.
