Technical resources for additive analysis
To carry out these various services, the FILAB laboratory has a wide range of analytical techniques such as:
- Thermal analysis by DSC or TGA
- Chromatographic analysis (GC-MS or HPLC) to identify a volatile additive
- Spectrometric analysis (FTIR, ICP-MS and ICP-AES) to measure the presence of additives in a polymer
- FTIR analysis to identify additives or traces of residual solvents.
