Gender equality at FILAB
THE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX IS MADE UP OF 5 INDICATORS AND IS SCORED OUT OF 100 POINTS:
The FILAB laboratory acts to ensure the success and achievement of its objectives through the following indicators:
- Indicator 1: measure the pay gap between men and women, out of 40 points;
- Indicator 2: measure the difference in pay rises between women and men, out of 35 points;
- Indicator 3: measure the percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise after maternity leave, out of 15 points;
- Indicator 4: measure the parity between women and men among the 10 highest earners, out of 10 points.
As a company with more than 50 employees, Filab is required to calculate this index each year and publish it on its website.
