An antioxidant is a molecule that slows down or prevents the oxidation of other chemical substances in contact with them, which increases the life of the product or polymer material for example. Antioxidants are used in particular by manufacturers in certain plastic polymers, rubbers and adhesives….  

FILAB, a chemical analysis and characterization laboratory for polymer materials, provides manufacturers with analytical techniques to control the concentration of antioxidants, particularly in polymers.
