Counterfeiting represents a real risk for the consumer, who may be subject to allergies and adverse effects.

An uncontrolled cosmetic product can be dangerous for the skin and cause an allergy more or less consequent. Indeed, the original cosmetic products cannot be put on the market before passing specific toxicity tests, allowing to reach an expected quality for the product.

In order to evaluate the conformity of a product with its labeling, the support of an analytical laboratory will make it possible to seek out fraudulent or harmful substances, to quantify them and to establish a complete assessment concluding or not the veracity of the product.
