You want to analyze or measure sulfates in your samples?
Sulfates are a group of salts composed of the salt anion SO2- ₄-. These elements are present in everyday life, whether it is water, food or cosmetics…etc. Indeed, sulfates allow neutralizing surfactants which are water soluble molecules and have the property to aggregate at the interfaces between water and other substances not very soluble in water.
Sulfates are analyzed by Ion Chromatography (IC or LC). This analysis by Ion Chromatography allows the characterization of anions such as sulfates, chlorides, bromides or fluorides.
