First of all, when you encounter a problem in a production process, it may be associated with a part breaking or with product non-conformity.
In this case, there are two possible avenues for explaining and resolving the problem: either the issue originates from the material, or it comes from the production process.
Indeed, the production problem may be related, for example, to an incorrect chemical composition of the product, which may cause an appearance defect or even odour problems. The product may therefore be defective because of the material from which it is made. Likewise, a part may break because of its composition.
However, when no anomaly is found in the material, the problem must be sought in the production process itself, that is, the process.
To do so, the expertise of a laboratory with an R&D department capable of addressing process-related problems is required.
