Sending your samples: instructions for use

1. Single mailing address

Please send all samples to the following address:

For the attention of… [first and last name of FILAB employee listed on the quote]
Ecoparc Dijon Bourgogne
80 rue Jean-Louis Auguste Petitjean

2. Documents à joindre impérativement

To ensure that your application is processed correctly upon receipt, please include the following documents in your package:

  • A copy of the signed quote
This document is essential for us to identify your order.
  • Purchase order (if applicable)
If your signed quote serves as a purchase order, please clearly indicate this. Don’t forget to include:
    • The entity to be billed
    • The billing address (if different from the one indicated on the quote)

These details enable us to prepare your invoice correctly and avoid any administrative delays.

3. Sample preparation

In order to simplify and speed up the processing of your samples in the laboratory, we recommend that you:

  1. Clearly identify each sample: use a clearly legible label with the product reference.
  2. Ensure samples are clearly differentiated: package them separately if possible, according to their nature or intended treatment.
  3. Specify the analyses to be performed for each sample: clearly indicate on the shipping form or directly on the label which analyses are to be performed for each sample.

Good organization of your shipments allows us to process your requests efficiently and accurately.
