Sending Your Samples: Instructions
1. Single Shipping Address
Please send all your samples to the following address:

2. Documents to Include обязательно
To ensure your file is processed correctly as soon as it is received, please include the following documents in your package:
- A signed copy of the quote
This document is essential so that we can identify your order. - Purchase order (if applicable)
If your signed quote serves as a purchase order, please make this clear. Don’t forget to include:- The billing entity
- The billing address (if different from the one shown on the quote)
These details allow us to issue your invoice correctly and avoid any administrative delays.
3. Sample Preparation
To simplify and speed up the handling of your samples in the laboratory, we recommend:
- Clearly label each sample : use a clearly legible label with the product reference.
- Keep samples clearly separated: package them separately whenever possible, depending on their nature or intended treatment.
- Specify the analyses to be carried out for each sample : clearly indicate, on the shipping form or directly on the label, which analyses should be performed for each sample.
Good organization of your shipments allows us to handle your requests efficiently and accurately.

4. Receipt Confirmation
As soon as your package is registered, you will receive an email acknowledgment of receipt containing :
