Are you looking to carry out PMUC approval and control analysis of resins

PMUC resins

PMUC resins (Products and Materials Used in power plants, nuclear or thermal power stations) can have a corrosive effect on steels when they contain halogenated or sulfur-containing species. It is essential to carry out the approval or control of resins entering the plant.

In order to be authorized for marketing, these resins must be approved by EDF. These analysis must be carried out in an EDF-approved laboratory for PMUC.

The resins concerned are those that can be used in power plants during manufacturing, assembly, maintenance or operation activities.

Are you looking for a laboratory with EDF approval that can carry out PMUC approval and control analysis on your resins…

FILAB supports you with your PMUC resin approval and control analysis needs

PMUC control consists of determining the halogen content (Fluorine / Fluorides, Chlorine / Chlorides, Bromine / Bromides) and sulfur content of resins used in power plants. This is done in compliance with EDF protocols specific to the product family.

Following the analysis, a report is prepared and sent to the client to support the results of the PMUC approval or control of resins with EDF.
